Chief Executive Officer
CEO manages and develops the overall activities of SOFA, working closely with the Board of Trustees, as well as staff, volunteers and other partners. These include funders such as Leicestershire County Council, Charnwood Borough Council, the Furniture Re-use Network, other Re-use Projects in Leicestershire, Referral Agencies and other voluntary sector partners.
Warehouse/Vehicle Manager - Joint CEO
Tony ensures the smooth running of the warehouse and vans to enable furniture and electrical appliances to be collected from donors, displayed in the showroom and delivered to customers. Tony manages volunteers, is responsible for Health and Safety issues relating to the warehouse and vans, and for good customer service.
Administration Manager - Joint CEO (Company Secretary)
Julio works closely with the Board of Trustees regarding governance and financial management ensuring that the organisation complies with relevant laws and regulations. Julio ensures the smooth running of the main office, organising volunteer expenses, ordering supplies and working out financial and statistical information. Ensures smooth running of IT equipment and promotes SOFA's social marketing and materials. Julio manages volunteers, is responsible for Health and Safety issues relating to the office, and for good customer service.
Linda administers SOFA's accounts and payroll systems.

Stewart inspects and tests donated electrical appliances in accordance with Electrical Safety Regulations and Standards.
