Helping Provide Affordable Furniture Since 1981

We are a Registered Charity set up in 1981 to provide affordable re-used furniture, electrical appliances and household goods. We stock a wide range of items over three floors of our Loughborough showroom, including pre-owned furniture for home and offices.

Our stock of furniture and electrical goods are a testament to the generosity of individuals and who recognise the value in extending the life cycle of these goods. We collect 1,000's of items for reuse, and stop 100's of tonnes of furniture and electrical items from ending up in landfill sites!

I would like to thank SOFA for an excellent service in providing us with good quality second hand office furniture. We have recently moved sites and needed a whole set of desks and cabinets for our back office. SOFA had a large selection of used office furniture to choose from and also delivered to our site for a small charge. To have bought this same furniture new would have cost considerably more than SOFA charged. SOFA provided good quality second hand office furniture at a bargain price and I would highly recommend their services to any business.
