As part of our recruitment process, we ask you to provide the relevant information requested in this form.

We collect this information so we can:

1. assess your potential suitability for volunteering at SOFA
2. contact you to discuss the progress of your application and start date
3. assess the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.

If we are unable to offer you an immediate position we will retain your information for future volunteering roles unless you advise us otherwise.

If a position is offered to you and you accept it, we will retain this form after your leaving date in accordance with our regulatory requirements.

Your personal information is not used for any purpose other than to facilitate your ability to volunteer with SOFA and for SOFA to meet our regulatory obligations. All information is kept in accordance with the UK’s Data Protection Act 2018.
