Sofa offers real work experience in a friendly environment, where you can develop skills in office administration, customer service, warehousing, van delivery, upcycling and housekeeping. There are opportunities to undertake accredited training including NVQs, ILMs and Microsoft office accredited certificates.

Volunteers include a number of energetic retirees who enjoy the varied roles available at the charity to keep them active, involved and productive, as well as having good company and getting to engage with new people every day.

If you are enthusiastic about positive action to improve the environment, and reduce waste and consumption, come along and volunteer at Sofa, the charity dedicated to improving our environment while helping the community.

No previous experience and qualifications are required.
